Manufacturing Activity

We have developed universal and angular (IFW 3A & IFW 2A) milling heads of ISO 50/ISO 60 spindle nose capable of delivering 55Kw. These heads can be used on Skoda boring machines directly and can also be adopted for other boring machines. We have also developed a facing and boring head model IV 25 which can be mounted on the spindle of any machine having ISO 50/ISO 60 or Metric 100/120 spindles. In addition to this we can also supply small milling heads
with ISO 50 nose capable of delivering 12 KW.

These machines are available with X axis travel from 3 mtrs to 9 mtrs , Y travel of 1.5 mtrs and spindle travel of 700 mm. The spindle dia. 110 mm with a ISO 50 nose . The power available on the spindle is 15 Kw.
The smallest machine with 3 mtrs travel can be used as portable machine which can be mounted on floor plates of heavy floor type boring machines to reduce number of set ups.
